What do you get when you put some of the best Italian chefs together? Amazing pasta, for sure! These gourmet spaghetti recipes were prepared by Michelin-starred chefs at Live From Milan, an event sponsored by S.Pellegrino at the Fuorisalone series during Milan Design Week. The chefs were asked to prepare their vision of the classic spaghetti pomodoro (spaghetti with tomato sauce). Here are their amazing dishes with full recipes so you can replicate the results at home:
Tuna Spaghetti (pictured above)
This mouthwatering spaghetti recipe from chef Enrico Cerea (three Michelin stars) features tuna noodles with a lush anchovy sauce, pistachio crumbles and lemon zest.
Confit tomatoes and mint-infused oil give a twist to the classic Spaghetti Pomodoro in this recipe from Milanese chef Davide Oldani (one Michelin star).
