We recently brought you the news of a new TV collaboration between the chefs Gaston Acurio and Jordi Roca. As part of the show the pair were asked to create four desserts made using peruvian potatoes - no easy task.
Unless you're a dab handed as Christine over at Christines Recipes who has posted a beautiful looking Malaysian recipe for Bubur Cha Cha - a dessert that uses sweet potato, sweet coconut soup, yam, beans and tapioca pearls.
It's a really interesting combination of flavors and one of the first desserts we've seen that sticks the glorious potato at the center of the dish.
