Street food is big business and the movement is something that has seen somewhat of a resurgence recently with the rise of food trucks all over the world.

In Latin America street food is part of tradition with $127 billion spent annually on eating from street vendors. As big as the tradition is, the culinary gems you can find in the countries are often very different.
