Christmas is celebreated in different ways across Italy. In Tuscany, the celebration includes a few essentials like chicken liver crostini and tortellini served in broth. These comforting dishes pave the way for the star of the show which is a roasted capon served with an array of vegetables. Of course, sweets round out the Christmas menu as wine flows freely from begining to end.
