A good poached egg - soft, fresh and full of yellow creamy goodness on the inside - is one of the simple pleasures of life but they can be a little hard to do right every time.

His first big and most important tip is to use fresh eggs and not to opt for the vinegar approach many people take. He even give you a couple of tips on what to do if the eggs are not as fresh as they should be.
To finish he shows you how to ensure perfectly cylinder shaped poached eggs by using cling films to hold the perfect shape in the water.
