It’s a useful little hack for peeling potatoes in no time at all and if sure to save you time the next time you’re faced with another sack of spuds.
All you have to do is cut a line around the middle of the potatoes before boiling and when they’re ready quickly cool the outside with cold water and the skins just pop straight off.
