How to make Chimichurri Sauce

Have you ever tried making chimichurri sauce?

The tangy green condiment that livens up cuts of grilled beef to seafood and salads with it's garlicky, zingy chilli kick is a must have in your arsenal of sauces.

What is Chimichurri sauce?

The vibrant green uncooked sauce hails from Argentina where it traditionally lives alongside succulent flame-grilled steaks. However, it's so versatile it can equally be used as a marinade, sauce or dressing.

Chimichurri Sauce Ingredients

Chimichurri is not only super simple to make, but the ingredients are also easy to source.

All you will need to make this Argentinian sauce is fresh parsley, thyme or coriander, green onions (scallions) fresh garlic cloves, crushed chilli flakes, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, mild olive oil salt and pepper to taste.
