There are some great videos out there featuring Michelin-starred chefs cooking just about anything you can imagine. Previously, for instance, we've featured Michelin chefs bossing beef and cheese, and particular dishes such as ragù alla bolognese. Firstly, it's great to watch these masters at work, but also, you can pick up some pretty useful cooking tips along the way.

With that in mind, here are five Michelin-starred chefs cooking various breakfast/brunch dishes, which actually could be enjoyed at any time of the day. Learn how to make breakfast from the pros.

First, up is an outrageously decadent looking omelette farcie from Daniel Boulud, made with smoked salmon and caviar.
