How to Make Mini Croissants Three Ways

A homemade croissant that’s still warm, fluffy and crispy on the outside is one of the most iconic identifying flavours of France.

They might taste great but, unfortunately, are seen as one of those difficult recipes to make yourself at home, meaning most people buy them from the store and miss out on the great freshness needed for optimum croissant enjoyment.

This video from Jamie Oliver’s Food Tube channel sets out to show you how to make three different styles of mini croissants, two savoury and one sweet style.

They’re made with pre-made puff pastry which helps make the job a whole lot easier and the best thing is you can fill them with whatever you like.
