  1. Toss the seeds in a bowl with a drizzle of oil. Here, you can add your desired seasonings such as paprika, salt and pepper, or even taco seasoning!

  2. Place the pumpkin seeds on a baking sheet in a single layer.

  3. Preheat the oven to 325F degrees.

  4. Roast seeds for 30-40 minutes until golden brown.
