Parmesan cheese has been produced in the Emilia-Romagna region for centuries and the team at Potluck Video has captured it all for the world to enjoy. The team visited Hombre Farms in the city of Modena where owner Giovanni spilled the beans on what makes for good Parmesan cheese.
According to him, it all boils down to “good fields, good cereals [for the cows], and good milk." Of course, the aging process also contributes it's fair share, allowing the cheese to develop its full flavor.
