Juicing is one of those things we instantly perceive as healthy and if done correctly it usually is, however, without a proper approach you can easily over load your juice with sugary fruits that do more damage than good.
That’s why a company have developed the Simply Smarter Juicing website that tells you exactly how many calories are inside the fruit you’re juicing.
The site is simple to use. All users have to do is drag the ingredients they’re using into a simple panel and click the juice button. Info is then displayed on sugar, carbs and calories.
Surprisingly banana is not on the list of ingredients even though it’s a firm favourite for many people when juicing, but the site is in it’s early stages and new ingredients can presumably be added easily enough.
