Ever wondered what it actually takes to burn off the calories you just consumed at your desk? Probably not, and how would you even calculate it?

Well, the people at Scoop Whoop have actually done it all for you with this collection of graphics that shows exactly how many Kilometres you need to run to burn off some of the most popular fast foods.

Pizza? Well that will be just over 4 km. That big fat slice of cake? Double it - you’ll need to be running about 8 km to burn it off.

We’re not trying to scare you with this but it is interesting to note just how much work needs doing to burn off the fast snacks we all munch on a daily basis.
