Sky High in Dubai: A Dish From The World's Tallest Restaurant

If you can't make it to the world's tallest building in Dubai at least you can try one of its specialty dishes: carpaccio of diver scallops  with citrus marinade and rock shrimp.

This refreshing appetizer comes to FDL courtesy of chef Dwayne Cheer from At.mosphere, the highest restaurant in the world located at 422 metres high on the 122nd floor of the Burji Khalifa (Dubai's tallest structure).

For a fish-theme dinner, you can pair this carpaccio of diver scallops with risotto with scampi and licorice, crab roll with salt and vinegar chips or this colorful recipe for seared brook trout with beets and peas
