Here’s a great video that looks at what other people are eating for breakfast around the world, as with all videos like this there’s a few stereotypes but most of the plates seem to offer up a look at breakfast through a local lens.
As one of the most important meals of the day it’s great to see just how much variety there is when it comes to different breakfast traditions.
There’s the classic pancakes in the U.S and the big breakfast from England with bacon and eggs and then there’s some of the more interesting observations like the Japanese breakfast of Miso soup with white rice, pho in Vietnam and Uji in Kenya.
There are 17 countries in total which gives up a nice snap shot from all over the world - what’s your favourite way to enjoy breakfast?
