A Closer Look at Creole Cooking

The latest episode of Edible Feast - a PBS series that takes viewers into the world of sustainable food - will focus on New Orleans.

The series, produced in conjunction with The Perennial Plate and the Victory Garden, looks at a number of different producers, restaurant owners and chefs who are all making their own contribution to the sustainable food movement.

In the latest trailer chef Donald Link talks about his research into the Caribbean and Indian influences found with Creole food.

The chef cooks up a Creole curry during the video as he gives us a taste of an exciting food scene that seems to have taken influences from all over the world.
