Collio Sauvignon

A medium-substantial white wine whose yellow shade holds hints of brilliant green. The bouquet holds an explosion of herbacious aromas with notes of sage, pepper leaves and thyme, fruity aromas with notes of citron, lime and mint. To the palate, vivid, refreshing shades of well-balanced acidity, with the softness and persistence of medium-duration.

FOOD PAIRING
Delicate dishes like prosciutto di Parma, vegetable or seafood first courses, fresh goat's cheese. This wine is particularly popular with younger drinkers for its aromatic fragrance. It’s suited for pairings with delicate but flavourful appetizers, thanks to its balanced and discrete structure. The wine harmonizes in the mouth, with a pleasant, fresh finish.

WATER PAIRING
The intense mineral perfumes of S. Pellegrino water are complemented by a well balanced structure, fine bubbles, and pleasant mineral notes that blend well with the flavor characteristics of the wine, creating a perfect final harmonization with the food
