The team at the Telegraph have been busy compiling a list of ten ways to spice up your Christmas dinner with a mix of tips from famous chefs broken down into the main ingredients of a traditional Christmas dinner.
Roast potato, turkey, cranberry sauce and vegetables are all listed with tips from Jamie Oliver, Heston Blumenthal, Delia Smith and Antonio Carluccio. Oliver recommends using Maris Piper potatoes for roasting with olive oil, garlic and red wine vinegar while Blumenthal opts for the more traditional route of beef dripping.
None of it is reinventing the wheel but small simple tips that if implemented will breath some fresh life into your Christmas cuisine.
