Last week we brought you the impressive video of a chocolate flower dessert that opens up when hot cream is placed inside the bowl alongside the sweet.
Produced by chef Joaquim Sousa, the creative dessert received thousands of of likes, comments and shares on our Facebook page but the overriding question was ‘how the hell is it done?’.
We reached out to the hotel for a recipe directly from the chef but it seems they’re a little overwhelmed with requests ever since their dish went viral.
However, in true internet style, Ann Reardon from How to Cook That has took a closer look at the dessert and offered up a simple tutorial for how you can replicate the dessert yourself at home.
