Should You Sous Vide Bacon?
We’ve seen a fair few different examples of how to cook the perfect bacon during our time here at FDL HQ but the latest one to catch our eye is certainly a new method. 
 
The recipe, proposed by ChefSteps, involves first cooking the bacon sous vide – and they believe it’s by far the best way. 
 
Titled ‘The World’s Best Bacon Cooks All Night Long’ the recipe calls for first cooking the bacon at 147 °F / 64 °C overnight before finishing it off on a skillet.
