As you can see below in the video from Elit Life, the tasting menu at Ducasse’s three-Michelin-star Paris restaurant, overseen by chef Romain Meder, is based on vegetables, cereals and fish and seafood and has been since 2014.
Not that you miss the meat in this incredible feast: caviar, cheese and truffle abound across the full tasting menu and we love the way vegetables take centre stage instead of meat, with dishes such as cauliflower baked in brioche.
Ducasse does it again.
