Whitworth, who is based in Asia, made the video entirely in time lapse as a way of documenting the vibrant diversity of Shanghai, the largest city in China. The video takes you on a ride through the city's gliterry financial district, its waterways and zips through street markets where the aroma of pan-fried pork dumpling feel the air.
