By FDL on
We've looked at the innovation of wiki cells in the food industry, an invention from David Edwards, a French-American Harvard engineer who was inspired by fruits to create an edible package for foods.
This means edible burger wrappers, edible glasses and even a Wikibar in Paris where they've been creating some pretty cool food products.
The latest innovation from the Wikibar are these miniature ice creams posted over on Food Beast.
They're mini ice cream bon bons that don't melt in your hands for up to eight hours because of the special casing of edible wiki cells which can be made from a number of different flavors.
The ice cream wikiperals available in three flavors: mango in coconut skin, chocolate in hazelnut skin and vanilla in peanut skin.
