With the Cooking Table you'll no longer have to cook in the kitchen and bring the food out to the dining room table. Both tasks can be accomplished on a single piece of furniture thanks to German designer Moritz Putzier.
Putzier's clever Cooking Table consists of various elements. A small gap running through the center of the table conceals a gas line and burners. Ceramic bowls in different sizes can be used for storage while their lids double as cutting boards. The best part? Each of the ceramic bowls can be turned upside down and used as a burner.
The wooden table also features a side handle ideal for hanging pots, pans, towels and cooking utensils. Diners can enjoy their meal by sitting on stools which can be tucked under the table. It's an innovative design ideal for homes with small spaces or for cooks who love to entertain.
Putzier will be presenting the Cooking Table design at the international Biennale Interieur in Kortrijk, Belgium from October 17th to the 26th.
