In his latest cookbook London chef Yotam Ottolenghi glorifies vegetables by offering 150 vibrant and creative vegetarian recipes. Plenty More is the follow-up to this best-selling cookbook Plenty but this time around the chef uses more spices, bold flavors and focuses on seasonality.
Plenty More's stunning photography will make you run - not walk - to the farmers' market. The cookbook features spectacular recipes for hearty salads (Sort-of Waldorf, anyone?), satisfying main courses and imaginative plant-based desserts. Even if you are not a vegetarian, you can't help but fall prey to the allure of vegetables.
To make it even more reader friendly, the cookbook is divided into 12 chapters organized by cooking methods: Tossed, Steamed, Blanched, Simmered, Braised, Grilled, Roasted, Fried, Mashed, Cracked, Baked and Sweetened.
Plenty More goes on sale October 14th but you can pre-order a copy now through Amazon.
