Ever fancied trying your hand at cheese making, but always thought it looked too messy or complicated?
Now's your chance with this simple hassle free kit designed by Spanish kitchen brand, Lékué.
We've picked up with Lékué before for their fun and practical designs, from the game changing popcorn maker to their easy breezy minute silicon cake moulds, and now, they take on the world of cheese making.
Take a look at the video to see how:
Not much bigger than a yoghurt pot the dinky cheese maker comes in three self-contained pieces; an outer pot, an interior plastic drainer and a lid which doubles up as a measuring device for the liquids.
All you need in addition is a microwave, milk and a lemon, less than two hours, and you'll be munching on fresh cheese faster than you can say 'queso fresco'.
If cow milk is not your thing you can mix things up by experimenting with goat or soy, and adding lime or vinegar or yoghurt in place of the lemon.
Once you have your round of fresh cheese you can always pimp it up with garlic, herbs or fruit. Recipes for herb roll, peach and cheese skewers, tzatziki and salmon and dill roll can all be found on the website.
You can pick up a cheese maker for $30USD from the website.
