The Villaseca Solar Restaurant is a restaurant in Chile that cooks food using solar energy powered cookers.
In Chile, where the sun shines bright and long, the family who own this restaurant are offering a range of dishes cooked up on one of ten solar ovens.
They serve well over 50 people a day using the method with dishes like baked empanadas, many people online claim their goat is the standout dish.
It’s a great idea and to watch solar cooking in action this seems to be one of the best places.
