The African chef Pierre Thiam aims to open the world's highest pop-up with a new restaurant 12,500 feet above sea level on the mountain Kilimanjaro.
It's all part of a trip for people who are traveling from Washington D.C to climb the mountain and help teach orphans at a local school - an 11 day journey that includes the meal and costs $5,400.
The menu served up will be traditional regional African cuisine with abala (a bean puree with eggplant cooked in banana leaves), pea salad, slow roasted legs of lamb and a whole list of other African dishes.
The adventure sounds like an amazing trip and we can't wait to see the pictures of the restaurant.
