The Spice Club, one of our favourite English pop-ups, is set to open a second location of their homely Indian supper club, this time in Birmingham.
The Spice Club was originally started by mother and daughter duo, Monica and Anita, in Manchester inside their family home and was one of the first stories we published on Fine Dining Lovers.
Since then, the original Spice Club in Manchester has continued to grow with the duo hosting more and more dinner parties in various locations and even launching their own range of spice mixes and chutneys.
In line with their continued growth the team have just announced plans to host a series of Spice Club pop-ups in Birmingham - meaning those in the South of England can now chow down on the family style Indian cuisine the Club has become so famous for.
Speaking about the planned events in Birmingham, Monica said: “Our pop up dining events and cookery classes have received an astonishing response in Manchester over the last 5 years. We are always so happy with the feedback our guests leave, and for months we've had people asking us to open a restaurant concept.” Through pop-up restaurants we will be able to deliver consistently innovative spaces, varying menus and unique Indian dining experiences & cookery masterclasses which are right for the time, place and the palette of our guests. We're really excited to expand into Birmingham!"
Stay tuned for more news when dates are announced.
