A New Italian Food Stop to Try in Paris

While there are those in Paris who consider the city’s Italian cuisine too expensive and overrated, others are betting on an Italian renaissance in the homeland of Robuchon.

The renewed interest in Italian food is partly the merit of Michelin starred chef Guy Martin, we already know for his famous Grand Vefour restaurant, and his new restaurant Guy Martin Italia in rue de Bréa.

The menu, executed and overseen by chef Fabrizio La Mantina will feature classic dishes like trenette al pesto, burrata cheese, prosciutto, paccheri al pomodoro, beef carpaccio and - of course - tiramisu.
