James Beard Restaurant in Milan - Who's Cooking?

The James Beard Foundation are set to open a restaurant in Milan, Italy, as part of the upcoming Expo Milano 2015.

We brought you news of the restaurant when we first wrote about The USA pavilion plans for the Expo but now we have details of exactly who will be cooking.

The six month pop-up restaurant will be hosted at the Penthouse Suite of the Seven Stars Galleria Hotel overlooking some of the most famous locations in Milan.

The organisation promise the restaurant will showcase contemporary American cuisine and the list of chefs taking part is very impressive.

Daniel Humm, Barbara Lynch and Paul Qui are just a selection of the great chefs confirmed. There will also be a special appearance from the Italian chef Massimo Bottura who will reinterpret American cuisine with his own 'personal style' on July 4th.

Below is a full list of the chefs taking part, anyone wishing to reserve a spot should email restaurant@usapavilion2015.net. Dinners will be priced between €120 and €150 for a five course meal and brunches will cost €90.
