There's a fish and chip shop on the scene in London that's causing quite a stir. Called K&M the venue has already been pitched as one of one of the best up and coming fish and chip shops by British chef Heston Blumenthal who said, "K&M takes the very essence of a chippy and just makes it so much better."
Kerbisher & Malt have been running successfully in Hammersmith since and have just opened their second location in Ealing. The shop is light and airy with designs coming from the duo Alexander Evangelou and James Waterworth - the pair have managed to transform what was a run down kebab shop into a funky and fresh fish shop.
With Heston Blumenthal singing the praises of K&M it's one that's certainly worth visiting for a bit of good old British tradition.
