Tickets have gone on sale for the third 'Annual Ultimo, a Weekend of Excellence' promising an incredible one of a kind culinary experience in the entertainment capital of the world.
Celebrity chefs will lead the way in the four day dining tour de force with six exclusive events held from December 17 to 20 at the Venetian Hotel, Las Vegas. Truffles, champagne, seafood and steak will seduce the senses in every one of the dramatically themed evenings whether you choose fire, water, earth and air.
Participating in this year's festivities are chefs Jérôme Bocuse, Daniel Boulud, Josiah Citrin, Shaun Hergatt, Gavin Kaysen, Thomas Keller, James Kent, Roland Passot, Philip Tessier, Ming Tsai, Richard Rosendale, and Dario Cecchini, the famed Chianti “Butcher of Panzano.”

The signature event of The Grand Banquet, dubbed “The grandest meal ever served in Las Vegas” by Mario Batali is 'Dining in the Clouds' held at spectacular table spanning the iconic Grand Colonnade of The Venetian. Chefs Thomas Keller, Philip Tessier, Shaun Hergatt and Ming Tsai will cook up a heavenly affair. Tickets are $1,000 per person for the event that promises to make you feel on cloud nine.

A fitting end to the decadent four days concludes with a Truffle Farewell Brunch held at Chef Emeril Lagasse’s award-winning Delmonico Steakhouse where the menu includes Urbani's white truffles and Krug champagne.
