Guest Chef Series
The special event forms the second in a new series of dinners entitled Maestros della Scala, in collaboration with Gastronauts, focusing on great Italian chefs. The series also presents the perfect opportunity to inaugurate the newly opened La Scala Italian restaurant.
The first Italian chef to appear in the series was Cristina Bowerman from the celebrated Michelin-starred Glass Hostaria in Rome, Italy.
