Gavin Kaysen returns with the third edition of his hugely successful dinner series, The Synergy Series, sponsored by Acqua Panna and S.Pellegrino.
The chef-owner of the Spoon and Stable in Minneapolis and USA mentor in S.Pellegrino Young Chef 2018 competition (meet him here) will create a new synergy in his kitchen with an exciting line-up of four guest chefs, scheduled from April to December.
This year's series of dinners kicks off with Jeremy Fox, followed by Traci des Jardin in July, Ludo Lefebvre in October and Daniela Soto-Innes in December. Book a table online to be part of each event.
Spoon and Stable will also donate twenty-five percent of the proceeds of each Synergy Series dinner to a different charity partner so it comes with a feel-good factor too.
