Entering Pier 2/3, visitors face over 260 bespoke Toogood pieces followed by the art installations of five Australian artists, all complement a unique food & wine experience half way between performance and a degustation.
Trained sommeliers guide the guests on a journey through five wooden totems sprayed with different bespoke scents, produced in conjunction with a perfumer for the event. Penfold’s Bin and Luxury wines are served with locally foraged tastes conceived for the occasion by the Executive Chef of the Magill Estate restaurant, Jock Zonfrillo.
A second event is expected to take place in Melbourne at the end of July and Sydney’s Blocks will remain open until April 5th.
