After a successful Brooklyn debut Taste Talks moves on to Chicago for the grand finale of three foodie fuelled days from Friday October 2nd to Sunday October 4th. Here is a closer look at the event, curated by April Bloomfield and Paul Kahan and sponsored by S.Pellegrino and Acqua Panna.
Friday 2nd kicks off in the best way possible with oysters and bubbly followed by an exclusive sit down Mother of Pearl Exclusive Dinner.
Saturday 3rd is learning day packed full with conferences at Morgan's on Fulton and a chance to learn and engage with the experts in a wide variety of topics ranging from animal butchery to foraging.
Don't miss out on your chance to purchase tickets for April Bloomfield's pop up restaurant on Saturday night which is all set to be an intimate dinner seated amongst the Taste Talks stars.
Sunday 4th the highlight is the All Star BBQ with 12 grilling stations manned by Paul Kahan, Jessica Koslow, Fergus Henderson, Sarah Grueneberg, and Matthias Merges and many more other cult-status icons.
Finish off the closing night at the Chef's Party where the BBQ stars will let their hair down and party with the guests.
