Mark Moriarty and Peter Gunn Combine Talents in a Special Dinner and Masterclass

S.Pellegrino Young Chef 2015 winner Mark Moriarty and S.Pellegrino Pacific regional finalist Peter Gunn will combine their culinary talents in an exclusive dinner in Melbourne, Australia (15th February) followed by an interactive masterclass in Sydney (18th February).

Having forged a friendship during the S.Pellegrino Young Chef 2015 competition the young Irish chef, Moriarty, and Australian chef, Gunn, will be re-united back in the kitchen on Gunn's home turf down under. Collaborating on a specially designed menu lucky diners will be offered the exciting chance to enjoy and/or re-create the very same dishes that secured them their respective culinary crowns.

The Dinner (15th February)

An exclusive 6 course dinner will include Moriarty’s winning vegetarian dish of Celeriac baked in barley with fermented hay with cured and smoked celeriac as well as Gunn’s braised beef short rib with celery vinaigrette and garlic flowers. 

Another four courses will be served in keeping with their signature style and all will be matched with specially selected wines and S.Pellegrino and Acqua Panna mineral water.

The Masterclass (18th February)

Following a champagne reception with canapes the two young professionals will host an entertaining and interactive two hour masterclass where guest will learn to make two of the chefs signature dishes.
