Celebrated Dutch chef Sergio Herman will prepare a culinary extravanza at a luxury waterfront resort in the Maldives from April 3-6th.
Herman, whose restaurant Olud Sluis has three Michelin stars, will be joined by chef Nick Bril at Per Aquum's Huvafen Fushi where they will treat guests to a four-day showcase that includes a guided market shopping tour, a live-cooking dinner at Salt and an exclusive dinner in Vinum.
Guests will have the rare opportunity of cooking lunch side by side with Herman on the last day of the tropical escapade. The proceeds from the seaside lunch will benefit a local orphanage.
