A new photography exhibition of Sergio Coimbra's work from chef Alex Atala's D.O.M Rediscovering Brazilian Ingredients book is coming to London.
The exhibition will present 22 images from the book which focuses a range of Brazilian Ingredients that Atala uses to create his unique cuisine such as oyster pane with tapioca marine, lime and banana ravioli and heart of palm fettuccine.
Coimbra is a world famous gastronomic photographer who has worked with a number of the world's best chefs.
The Exhibition is open to the public from the 10th - 13th December at the Coningsby Gallery in London.
