S.Pellegrino Sapori Ticino 2019 is underway! The annual haute cuisine dinner series with a wealth of dinner dates combining world class chefs and sublime lakeside locations, on until 16 June.
This year's event opened on 8 April (see the details here) and boasts 20 events in total at 17 locations with a line-up of chefs holding 22 Michelin stars between them.
Andre Jaeger and Heiko Neider are just two of the world famous chefs to step up in the coming weeks and are joined by a stellar cast.

Another unique opportunity offered by this series to sample the cuisine which made celebrated Swiss chef André Jaeger, former President of Les Grandes Tables de Suisse for over 20 years world famous. Re-live his Asian inspired Nouvelle cuisine made famous at Rheinhotel Fischerzunft in Schaffhausen in picturesque Villa Principe Leopoldo in Lugano where he will be guest of the chef Cristian Moreschi and Dario Ranza.

Castello del Sole, Ascona
Peter Knogl from three Michelin starred Cheval Blanc by Peter Knogl will be starring at the dinner at Castello del Sole di Ascona on 20 May. Guests will discover a German influence in the Swiss chef's style of cuisine as he takes to to kithcnen with help of resident Michelin starred chef, Mattias Roock.
