Things are sizzling at the S.Pellegrino Sapori Ticino 2014 festival currently taking place along the scenic mountains of Switzerland. Next up in the month-long culinary extravaganza are two fun lounge nights and a special seafood dinner held in a castle.
Sapori Ticino Lounge Nights offer guests a relaxing atmosphere with music, wine, beer, an open bar and an exquisite buffet prepared by stellar chefs. The first of the two lounge nights will be held April 24th at La Perla Lounge & Bar with the cuisine of chefs Cristian Simioni from Swiss Diamond Hotel and Teo Chiaravalloti from Villa Principe Leopoldo.
The second extraordinary lounge night will take place April 30th at Al Lido with the help of chefs Luigi Lanzani from Grand Hotel Eden and Giorgio Chiodin from Villa Castagnola.
On May 3rd, guests will enjoy a luxurious seafood dinner at the lakeside Morcote Castle located on 172 hectares which are home to a vineyard. The special dinner will feature the cuisine of five of the best chefs in Switzerland: Dario Ranza, Martin Dalsass, Ambrose Stefanetti, Jean-Marc Soldiers and Sascha Berther.
S.Pellegrino Sapori Ticino 2014 will culminate on May 11th with a final party hosted by chef Domenico Ruberto at the Hotel Splendide Royal. For a full list of events and information on reservations, visit the event website.
