Located on the 12th floor of The St. Regis hotel the unmissable five-course dinners with captivating city views will be a unique opportunity for chef Adriansyah to showcase his modern European cooking in the spectacular New York bistro-inspired restaurant.
Chef Adriansyah made his name at his Bali restaurant for his team's dedication to featuring hyper-local Indonesian cooking in his contemporary European dishes and the evenings at VIU will be no different, presenting contemporary European fare matched with Indonesian-sourced, seasonal ingredients. Classic signature dishes will include Wild Crayfish with Petis Butter, Black Beurre Blanc, Fermented Garlic, Lokio and Picked Wild Shallots. Other signature dishes include; Duck On A String with Indonesian Glaze, Banana Trunk, Kalio Sauce, Bubur Sumsum, Mango, Gula Bali, Coconut, Lemongrass and Pandan Leaves.
The five-course dinners will take place on 26 and 27 October 2016 and are priced at THB 4,000++ per person and THB 5,500++ per person with wine pairing and S.Pellegrino sparkling and Acqua Panna still natural mineral waters.
