Chef Albert Au Kwok Keung to Showcase Cantonese Cuisine in Singapore

Michelin starred Chef Albert Au Kwok Keung will be showcasing the very finest Cantonese cuisine in an exclusive Acqua Panna and S.Pellegrino sponsored lunch and dinner on 12 and 13 October 2017 at Jiang-Nan Chun, Four Seasons Hotel, Singapore.

Taking leave from fine dining Cantonese restaurant and celebrity hangout China Tang in Hong Kong, Chef Au will join forces with the resident team inside the luxury Singapore hotel restaurant to create a special one off six course lunch menu plus an eight course dinner menu.

Diners fortunate enough to secure a table (you can book here) for the either sitting will be treated to an unforgettable culinary journey featuring chef Au's sophisticated signature dishes, like: Braised Westholme Wagyu Short Rib with Onion, Peking Scallion and Spring Onion, and Double-boiled French Quail Soup with Conpoy and Shiitake.

Set inside the exquisite newly fashioned interiors inspired by the Jiang Nan region in China and experiencing food from the chef who holds claim to being the world's youngest Michelin starred Chinese chef (in 2013,2014 at The Eight in Macau) this looks likely to be a sell out event.

Be sure to reserve a table on line online here, to be part of this one off experience.
