{Re} Food Forum, in partnership with Fine Dining Lovers, comes to Bangkok on 19 and 20 March with a stellar line up of international experts takling sustainability in the industry, as well as a number of small, intimate masterclasses with some top international guest chefs.

So, if you've ever wanted to cook alongside your favourite chefs like Magnus Nilsson, Dan Hunter, Will Goldfarb or Shinobu Namae, this is your moment. 

In each masterclass the guest chefs will share their skills and key ideas; divulging concepts, methods, techniques or a dish that could add another dimension to your cooking. See the details below.

All masterclasses will be held at The Residence, Grand Hyatt Erawan Bangkok.

Magnus Nilsson - Monday 19 March

Magnus of Faviken fame will look at food preservation techniques, in this unusual session -  especially those needed when running Sweden's most talked about restaurant in a uniquely remote location.

Dan Hunter - Monday 19 March

Dan is the chef and owner of Brae, a contemporary cuisine restaurant set on a small farm in Australia's hinterland. Expect something exciting from his produce-driven menu.

Shinobu Namae - Tuesday 20 March

Namae, from two-Michelin starred l'Effervesence in Tokyo cooks French cuisine with Japanese flavours. In this class he talks about dashi, the traditional but all important Japanese stock base.

Will Goldfarb - Tuesday 20 March

Pastry chef and owner of Room4Dessert in Bali, Will will make a Balinese meringue from local palm sugar.
