Meet Thomas Keller & the Bocuse d’Or Team USA

If you'd like to spend an evening with some of the best chefs in the world head on over to New York City on February 5th.

That's when Bocuse d’Or Foundation Board of Directors Thomas Keller, Daniel Boulud and Jerome Bocuse will be hosting an exclusive event to introduce Team USA 2015. The team is composed of chef Philip Tessier and commis Skylar Stover from The French Laundry. Also on hand will be coaches Grant Achatz and Gavin Kaysen.

This can't-miss event will take place at Columbus Circle Williams-Sonoma. Grub Street reports they'll be plenty of wine and hors d’oeuvres from Keller's Per Se restaurant. For more information and to score tickets, which are $125 a pop, swing by the Bocuse D'or website.

The Bocuse D'or, aka the culinary olympics, will be held in Lyon, France on January 27-28, 2015.
