Chef Mauro Colagreco from two Michelin starred Mirazur in France, #11 in The World's 50 Best Restaurants 2015, will celebrate the restaurant's 10 year anniversary, with a series of 10 exclusive dinners from 27 May to 28 October.
Helping the Argentinian chef celebrate the first decade will be an international selection of 10 of the world’s most acclaimed chefs, as well as personal friends, who will each take over Mirazur's kitchen for one evening each, namely: David Kinch, Rene Redzepi, Alex Atala, Yoshihiro Narisawa, Andoni Luis Aduriz, Virgilio Martinez, Emmanuel Renaut, Sebastien Bras, Jorge Vallejo and Massimo Bottura.
Each chef will create a special 10 course tasting menu, starting with three appetisers followed by seven courses, allowing each chef the opportunity to showcase their unique culinary talents with the run of local ingredients.
Set in the stunning location of Menton on the cote d'Azur, nestled amidst lush gardens with panoramic sea views, the sublime setting and unprecedented chef line-up will make this a birthday party to remember. See the calendar of dinners below.
