Live From Milan: This Is What The Chefs Are Preparing for 'FuoriSalone'

It's only a matter of days till Live From Milan kicks off. The event hosted by S.Pellegrino is part of the Fuorisalone series that will take place during Milan Design Week. Seven famous Italian chefs have been challenged to prepare plates that honor Italy's most iconic pasta: spaghetti. But just what will they be cooking?

On April 9th Massimo Bottura (Osteria Francescana restaurant) will prepare We Are in Milano: Cold potato spaghetti with Oscietra Royal caviar. Later on the same day Davide Scabin (Combal Zero restaurant), accompanied by special guest Italian actor Pierfrancesco Favino, will cook Spaghetti Pizza Margherita.

Luigi Taglienti (Trussardi alla Scala restaurant) plans to make a pasta salad while Alessandro Negrini and Fabio Pisani (Il Luogo di Aimo e Nadia restaurant) will make Spaghettoni with Nolche olives and cherry tomatoes with lemon-scented Vendicari oregano on April 11th.

On April 12th Enrico Cerea (Da Vittorio restaurant) will prepare his special recipe for Tuna Spaghetti with bagna cauda and pistachio crumble while Davide Oldani (D'O restaurant) will conclude the event with the most known Italian recipe of them all: Spaghetti al Pomodoro.

Admission is free for Live From Milan but foodies who want to sample the chefs' dishes need to reserve a spot in a special dining area by calling 02-45467630 from April 7th to 10th.
