This year the S.Pellegrino sponsored, "streets of mozzarella" or "Strade de la mozzarella" will be based on the theme « The Great Italian Art of Cooking with Oil » featuring two gourmet workshops orchestrated by Italian chefs passionate about the importance of frying food in the Italian kitchen.
Enzo Vizzari, director of Guida Ristoranti Espresso, will present chefs Gaetano and Pasquale Torrente on Friday, 25 November at 17h and chef Arcangelo Dandini on Saturday, 26 November at noon, who will each cook their signature recipes during the live workshop.
Mamma Ober and the Art of Neopolitan Pizza Making
On 26 November, Le Strade della Mozzarella will move on to discuss another popular specialty of Italian cuisine: the famous Neapolitan pizza.
From 14:30, pizzaioli Vincenzo Esposito and Giacomo Guido will share their knowledge on the ancient art in the popular Ober Mamma.
Paris is just the first leg of the international Le Strade della Mozzarella. The congress will continue its international journey to Milan, London and New York, whilst the congress will unfold in Paestum on 19 & 20 April, 2017.
