Milan's Streets are Paved with Mozzarella as LSDM Returns

On the 1st of February Le Strade della Mozzarella (LSDM), or streets of mozzarella, takes a pit stop in Milan to champion one of Italy's most beloved food products, Mozzarella di Bufala DOP.

The haute cuisine food congress has chosen Italy's fashion capital to celebrate their tenth anniversary in style with one of the most interesting and anticipated events by Italian fans, in which experts have celebrated the best of Neapolitan cuisine for ten editions.

On this, the Milan step of the moving tour mozzarella's natural ally for the occasion will be pizza, explored by some leading exponents of Neapolitan cuisine, including: Italian chefs Gino Sorbillo, Cristian Brescia, Ciro Oliva, Francesco Martucci who will all gather at Lentini's Pizza & Restaurant in Tivoli Street, to discuss the evolution of pizza as well as typical products from Campania.

The festivities will continue apace in the evening at the luxury Baglioni Hotel with other great performers: the Torrente Brothers with their fried food, the Baba from Agostino Iacobucci and more.

The next stages of the LSDM event will be held in London (on 27 and 28 February), Paestum at the Savoy Beach Hotel (19 and 20 April) and New York at the Show Room Pots Agnelli (28 and 29 June).
